Return & Refund Policy – Lust Love

At Lust Love, customer safety, hygiene, and privacy are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of adult products, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

1. No Return on Used or Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products
❌ Products once unsealed cannot be returned

This policy is strictly followed to protect all customers.

2. When Can You Get a Replacement?

We only offer replacement (not refund) in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video

  • An unboxing video (mandatory)

3. No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Customer changed their mind

  • Did not like the product

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Product looks different but is correct

4. Replacement Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days

  • No extra cost will be charged if the fault is ours

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sex toys

  • Lingerie

  • Lubricants

  • Delay sprays or creams

  • Any personal or intimate care items

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
